Minutes serve to record decisions, measures and points discussed. AgileMinutes as a comprehensive solution for your meeting and log management in Jira now offers the possibility to discuss, commented on and process existing tasks from Jira in meeting minutes.And this is how it works:
- Create a meeting on the basis of a attendee groups or as a free session
- Create topic
- Create subtopic
- Select existing operation
If an existing operation is selected, the following options are available:
- Editing summary and description
- comment
- Editors / further editors
- Maturity date
- Epic Shortcut
The prerequisite for using this function is the installation of the latest version of AgileMinutes. The “Existing operation” function is available from Jira 1.0.8.
